Your right to withdraw from a purchase, and how returns work.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the print.

To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example by e-mail to info@dinoskansi.com) before the period ends. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to prints made to your personal specifications, such as custom sizes, custom crops or personalised prints, or to commissioned photography once the shoot has been carried out with your consent.

Returning the print

Send the print back to Skansi d.o.o., Sv. Mateja 48, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, within 14 days of withdrawing, well packed in its original tube or box. You pay the direct cost of return shipping. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the print beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the print back. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account you paid from.
