What we collect and why

• Orders: name, address, e-mail, phone, VAT number and order details, to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Invoices are kept for 11 years as required by Croatian law.
• Enquiries: data you send through the contact form, used only to reply to you and kept for up to 2 years.
• VAT checks: VAT numbers of EU business customers are sent to the European Commission’s VIES service to confirm them (legal obligation).
• Cookies: necessary cookies for the shop and cart; other cookies only with your consent, which you can change at any time in the cookie settings.

Who receives your data

Only the partners needed to deliver your order: the print lab, the courier, our bank, our accountant, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and to object to processing. Write to info@dinoskansi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
